We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Leader to join our Aero Services Division in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Operations Leader is responsible for providing leadership to a team in accordance with organizational goals, following and enforcing established policies and procedures, and coordinating subordinate activities to meet established training and mission requirements. This role executes flight mission planning, briefs and debriefs, and risk management. The Operations Leader develops accurate, up-to-date documentation and reports to reflect team activity, and may participate in the planning, selection, retention, and development of staff. This position represents the team to management and gives presentations as required.

DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:

• Leads and directs a highly skilled team through all phases of their positions, including clearance processing, training, mission scheduling and execution, and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed.

• Conducts risk management assessments and implements mitigation strategies.

• Administers and executes mission briefings and debriefings.

• Develops and presents accurate and timely reports, plans, and technical documentation.

• May participate in the planning, selection, retention, and development of staff.

• Observes all laws, regulations, and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.

• Works in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.

• Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications:

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in atechnical field as well as six or more yearsprogressively complex technicalexperience. May substitute equivalentexperience in lieu of education.

• Must demonstrate an understanding of mission deployment including flightmission planning, briefs and debriefs, riskmanagement and U.S. deployment briefstraining; leadership skills includingorganizing, scheduling and coordinatingworkloads to meet established deadline ormilestones; and the ability to understandnew concepts quickly and apply themaccurately throughout an evolvingenvironment.

• Ability obtain and maintain a customer specific Top-Secret Clearance.

Must also possess:

• The ability to resolve non-routinemanagement and technicalproblems. Good verbal and writtencommunication skills to accuratelydocument, report and presentfindings.

• Good interpersonal skills toeffectively interface with all levelsof employees and management.

• The ability to maintain theconfidentiality of sensitiveinformation; and good computerskills.

• Ability to work independently or in ateam environment is essential as isthe ability to work extended hoursas required.
