Position Purpose/Scope:
Attend to the service needs of the bowling center guests
Ensure that the guest is receiving quality food and beverage products as well as receiving prompt and courteous service
Receive and serve food and beverage orders from guests
May also be responsible for collecting payment and making change for guest checks
Job Requirements:
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Utilize computer system for placing food and beverage orders and processing payments
Maintain required PGCB and PHRC licensure
Physical Requirements:
Stands and walks unassisted for substantial periods
Bend at waist and knee
Lifting 40lbs.(Repeatedly)
Twisting, squatting, and kneeling
Normal Eye-Hand coordination
Uses caustic cleaners
Work in loud environment
Vision and hearing within normal range Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
