### Job Description
Reports general operations review, problems or concerns to ER Supervisor or ABOM.
Performs all registration and related procedures.
Assists in operating within the department budget for supplies, time and related material.
Assesses situations as they occur within the department and take appropriate action when necessary by involving designated person.
Functions as a leader in coordinating and expediting the care of all patients.
Functions as a lead in ensuring the department runs smoothly, assign staff duties as appropriate, take call as needed, in addition to basic registration responsibilities.
Employee has willingness and ability to perform additional duties in different areas of the department/hospital on an as-needed basis.
Communicates well with co-workers, management, employees and physicians, reporting problems with equipment, supplies, or procedures.
Consistently strives to understand, anticipate and meet the needs, expectations and satisfaction of patients, visitors, co-workers and medical staff.
### Skills / Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Two (2) years hospital admitting or medical office experience preferred. One (1) year experience as a Lead.
