### Job Description
Utilizes knowledge, skills, and judgment in operation of retail cafeteria, grill food service operation, Dish washing, and Tray delivery.
Utilizes knowledge, skills and judgment in collecting sales, completing records and deposits.
Completes all assigned cleaning by the end of the scheduled shift.
Performs duties in retail cafeteria as assigned. Produces food as needed, helps in all areas of production, completes trayline functions as needed
Employee has willingness and ability to perform additional duties in different areas of the department/hospital on an as-needed basis.
Communicates well with co-workers, management, employees and physicians, reporting problems with equipment, supplies, or procedures.
Consistently strives to understand, anticipate and meet the needs, expectations and satisfaction of patients, visitors, co-workers and medical staff.
### Skills / Requirements
High School Diploma or GED.
Six (6) months experience in food service and cashiering preferred.
Clark County Foodhandler Card.
