Description/Job Summary
To sell Pride products to customers and provide support before, during and after the sale
Responsibilities/Duties
oPre- Call Planning List: Perfect your sales process by developing and executing a planned rotation of call-outs to maximize your territory coverage and phone time
oPartner: Communicate effectively as a team member with the territory's Field Sales Representatives, Account Executive Assistant, and Customer Service Representative to target specific areas and accounts
oStrategize: Cultivate a high sense of urgency with your entire team, coupled with a disciplined approach to cover territory to reach goals and quotas and gain market share
oEstablish Rapport: Build business and long term relationships with providers by learning about their business and how it fits with Pride products and services.
oIntelligence Gathering: Prospect for USO's by analyzing customers' buying habits and work aggressively to increase market share with existing accounts
oPhone Management: Maximize phone time by delegating administrative work in order to make quality outgoing calls
oPrioritize: Follow company directives to move priority inventory as communicated by participating in spiffs and incentives
oFollow Through: Provide direction to Account Executive Assistant and Customer Service Rep to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and encourage customers to continue buying
oSales Presentations: Continue to develop selling skills and become an expert in product knowledge and industry updates. Negotiate and close sales
oFocus Accounts: Maintain and grow mid-level accounts to raise their medal status
oOrganizational Skills: Complete reports and provide feedback as requested within a timely manner
oMotivate: Keep a positive attitude and respect all process and policies including but not limited to pricing policies, FTQ policies, and freight policies
oDelegate: Utilize appropriate resources including Team Leaders, Managers and other departments to accomplish tasks as needed
oEnsure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
oAttend the Annual C-TPAT Security Training
oFocus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
oWork effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations
oPride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary
Required Skills

Must have the ability to:
oMulti-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment
Must have:
oBasic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
oExcellent web navigation skills
oExcellent phone skills, and verbal and written communication skills
oExcellent selling and negotiating skills
Required Experience
oAt least 1 year of experience in a sales or office environment
Required Education
oHigh School Diploma or GED
Preferred Education
oAssociate's Degree in related field preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
